"I'm
going to have to start referring customers to you for
lessons on how to pack boxes," says Tim, our U.P.S.
driver.
"My box looked like an elephant had sat on it,
" says a customer in Sweden, "But thanks to
your remarkable packing job the brochure was not damaged."
These are the kind of comments we receive every day.
Of course we also hear, "It's just a $5.00 sheet.
Stick it in an envelope."
Why do we go to as much trouble for a $5.00 sheet as
we do for a $500.00 brochure? The answer is simple.
We care about the literature. A sheet from 1965 has
been in existence for 40 years. Subjecting it to being
bent, folded, torn or otherwise mutilated by being shipped
in an envelope is not an option for us. This is a piece
of history and it deserves to be preserved. It is one
of the few survivors and we will do our part to see
that it gets passed down to future generations.
For further information on how we suggest that literature
be packed for shipping read our article "Packing
for Shipping".
