It has come to light that some customers' IP address changes while they are browsing. There could be several reasons for this — their ISP may have this rule in place, or this could be effected by a security / privacy product they use, or their machines could well be compromised; unbeknownst to them. Cloaking / changing of IP is an undesirable practice used mostly by black hat practitioners. At any rate, this situation renders it impossible for the cart details to be carried over when you check out.

In such a case there is no option but to use our old (manual) order form. Customers will need to copy-and-paste item details into the form (see below).

All other elements are the same — i.e. requirement of customers' shipping, payment info etc.
